    I show you how customers will use the website, store or app. We go through the specific steps and simplify them wherever they could get in the way of buying or day-to-day use.

  • I use what you already have

    I check your current tools and data. If a new form can send enquiries straight to your CRM, I connect them instead of creating another process to handle by hand.

  • I launch and hand over everything

    I set up the services you need, test the key actions and show you how to run the finished solution. You know where your access details are and what happens after launch.

    I show you the plan

    Before building anything, I show you how the website, store or app will work. We check the most important user journeys and agree on what goes into the first version.

    You get: a plan and layout to approve.

    You test a working version

    I share a test version. You can go through real tasks, such as sending an enquiry, placing an order or logging in to the panel.

    You get: a working solution to review and comment on.

    We launch and I hand over the project

    I check the key features, launch the solution and show you how to run it. I hand over access, and we agree whether you need ongoing support.

Brenset is me.

Hi, I’m Sebastian. I love the moment when an idea or a problem starts turning into something that will genuinely make someone’s work easier. That is why I ask a lot of questions at the start: how things work now, what is not working and what should actually change.

Then I design and build the solution. Along the way, I show you the progress, explain my decisions in plain language and tell you straight if I think a feature is not worth building. From the first conversation to launch, you work with me.
