- Enquiries land in the panel and inbox
- The owner edits offers and prices herself

Explain your offer. Take an order. Give customers access to their account. I help you work out what you really need, choose the tools and plan how it should work. Then I design, build and launch it.
Services
I start with the task, not the technology: explaining your offer, selling, serving customers, taking repetitive work off your hands. Only then do I pick the features.
You have a solid offer, but new customers still have to ask about the basics? I structure your website so they instantly understand what you do, who it is for and what to do next.
Have a product idea, or need a place where customers can handle things themselves? I build apps with accounts, roles and panels: for your users, and for you on the other side.
Taking orders through messages and checking payments by hand? I build stores and service checkouts where customers choose, order and pay in one place, and you receive a finished order.
Copying the same details between a form, a spreadsheet and your inbox? I connect your tools so enquiries land where they should, and confirmations and invoices go out without you.
Your business has moved on, but your website has not? I add features, fix what gets in your users’ way and keep everything running. No retainer for nothing.
Support from the start
I am not a contractor who takes an order and ticks off the steps. Come with an idea or a problem, even if you are still figuring out what you need. Together we decide what makes sense, then I design, build and launch it.
Before choosing a ready-made platform or a custom store, we look at what you sell, how you handle orders and your budget. I explain the differences in cost and everyday use, then tell you what I would pick.
I bring proposals and we discuss how customers will move through your website or app. If requiring an account would just make buying harder, I will advise against it and suggest guest checkout. You get an opinion, not just a quote.
I check what your website and business tools run on, and what can stay instead of being replaced. For example, whether enquiries from a new form can go straight into your CRM.
Hosting, domain, database, payments, email, backups. I choose, configure and explain where everything lives. For a store, I also check that payments go through and confirmations reach the customer.
Just want a website, no technology talk? That works too. Then I help you keep the scope simple and get it live.
Work
Pricing a trip, buying a ticket, choosing a class or returning to a game. These projects show how I choose features around the task.

How it works
We discuss your goal, budget and the tools you already use. Based on that I propose a solution, scope, quote and timeline.
You get: scope, quote and timeline in writing
I show you the layout and how it will work before a single line of code is written. We discuss the options, and I recommend what to simplify and what to include at launch.
You get: an approved layout and plan
You get a test version and we try specific tasks on it: submitting a form, making a purchase, logging in. Feedback goes in as we go.
You get: a working test version to click through
I launch the project and the services it needs, hand over access and show you how to run it. We also agree on the support and growth you need after launch.
You get: a live project and all the access
About
My name is Sebastian Narczyk, and I run Brenset. You discuss the idea, make decisions and review progress with me. I handle the design, code and launch, so we work directly together from our first conversation to the finished project.
I explain my recommendations in plain language: what they will do, what they will cost and what you will need to manage after launch. You can make an informed decision even if technology is not your area.
